Common PLC Faults
Common issues include the red SF (System Fault) or BF (Bus Fault) LEDs turning on, indicating Profibus/Profinet communication losses. Blown I/O cards due to field short circuits and software loss from depleted internal batteries are also frequent.
PLC Repair and Software Backup
