Our Spindle Repair Process
We dismantle the motor and check its bearings, winding resistance and insulation, encoder and balance. Where needed we replace bearings, rewind the windings, perform precision balancing and calibrate the encoder. We also repair the spindle drive and test the motor together with its drive under load on original simulators, verifying vibration and temperature values so the problem is solved in the lab, not on the shop floor.

My spindle motor vibrates — what causes it?
The most common causes are worn bearings, lost balance or a damaged shaft. Correct diagnosis requires dismantling the motor in the lab and checking balance and bearings.
Will replacing only the bearings fix the problem?
Often bearing replacement alone is not enough; re-balancing and encoder calibration are also required, otherwise vibration soon returns.
