Our HMI Repair Process
We replace the touch-screen glass, renew the LCD and repair the membrane keypad, and repair the panel power and control board at component level. The most critical step: we back up the project (software) inside the panel and transfer it to the new screen, reducing data-loss risk to zero. For communication issues we also check the PLC and communication module.

My touch is unresponsive — can it be fixed without replacing the screen?
The problem is usually in the touch-glass layer and is solved by replacing the touch; if the LCD is healthy, the whole panel need not be replaced.
My screen is cracked — will the project / software inside be lost?
No. Before moving to a new screen we back up the project inside the panel and transfer it to the new screen, so no data is lost.
My panel will not power on — can it be repaired?
No-power is usually caused by the supply board and can be repaired at component level. We provide free fault diagnosis.
How can I send my panel, and is there a warranty?
You can ship it by cargo from anywhere in Turkey. Every repaired panel is delivered under warranty after testing.
