Our Board Repair Process

We first test the faulty board with measurement instruments and locate the fault. We replace failed components — capacitors, IGBTs, MOSFETs, diodes, regulators or ICs — with originals and run power and function tests. Where possible we test drive and control boards under real load, verify stable operation and deliver them under warranty.

Why Component Repair Instead of Board Replacement?

Full board replacement is expensive and often impossible for obsolete models. Component-level repair restores the same board at a much lower cost and usually in less time, so you can keep producing without having to renew your machine.
