In our laboratory we repair the entire electronic system of CNC machines — from the controller to axis and spindle drives, power-supply boards and feedback systems — at component level, saving you the high cost and long lead time of full board replacement.

Our CNC Repair and Testing Process
We first analyse the incoming unit at board level with measurement instruments and replace faulty components (IGBTs, MOSFETs, capacitors, driver ICs, etc.) with originals. After repair, the unit is tested under load on our original drive simulators in real operating conditions. We do not simply check whether it powers on; we verify that it runs stably without alarms and deliver it under warranty.

We repair CNC controllers and drives from Fanuc, Siemens (Sinamics and 840D series), Heidenhain, Mitsubishi, Fagor, Delta and Bosch Rexroth, among others. We also provide component-level solutions for obsolete models.

My CNC controller does not power on at all — can it be repaired?
Yes. A controller that will not power on is usually caused by a fault in the power-supply stage and can be repaired at component level. We provide free fault diagnosis once the unit reaches our laboratory.
How can I send my faulty CNC board or unit?
You can ship it by cargo from anywhere in Turkey. Once the unit reaches us we diagnose the fault and get back to you with the repair time and cost.
How long does the repair take?
After diagnosis, the typical repair time depends on the scope of the fault. We offer expedited service for critical production stoppages.
Do you provide a warranty on repaired units?
Yes. Every unit is delivered under warranty after being tested under load on our original drive simulators.
