Our DC Motor Overhaul Process

We turn the commutator segments and perform mica undercutting. We replace the brushes and brush-holder mechanisms and rewind and bake the rotor and armature windings to their original values. After bearing replacement and mechanical overhaul we run insulation (megger) and electrical tests and deliver the motor under a long-life warranty.

Why Overhaul Instead of Full Replacement?
