Flawless Repair Stages with Simulator Support
We do not operate on the logic of "I changed the part, go install it on the machine". To ensure that the repaired drive does not fail again (secondary downtime), our industrial laboratory standards are as follows:
1. V/I Impedance Test (Unpowered Analysis)
Before powering up the board reaching the lab, circuit schematics are analyzed using special component test devices (Huntron / FADOS). The current/voltage curve of each IC, capacitor, and resistor is scanned in the computer environment to pinpoint the faulty material. The "root cause" that burned the part is determined.
2. IGBT and Power Stage Renewal
If the drive gives an "Overcurrent / Short Circuit" warning, the blown power modules (IGBT / IPM), bridge diodes, and optocoupler driving (Gate-Drive) circuits are removed. They are assembled with components of completely original capacity, and industrial thermal pastes are renewed.
3. Software and Parameter Recovery
If the Control Board is severely damaged and unrecoverable; the flash EPROM or EEPROM chips on it are removed in BGA stations. The parameters specially written for your machine are backed up to the computer and transferred to the new board to be installed, preventing 100% data loss for your machine.
4. Simulator (Load) Test with Real Motor
Our biggest difference from other repairers: We do not blindly send the repaired device back to your factory! It is connected to the same brand test motors and CNC panels in our lab, running for hours under real load (torque) and RPM.
