Our Reducer Overhaul Process
We fully dismantle the reducer and inspect the gears, bearings and seals one by one. We replace damaged gears and bearings with original spare parts, renew the seals and refresh the oil. After assembly we run vibration and noise tests and calibrate to factory standards. For servo planetary reducers we also check motor and encoder integration.

My reducer is noisy and vibrating — can it be repaired?
Yes. Noise and vibration usually come from worn gears or bearings. We dismantle the reducer, replace faulty parts with originals and run a vibration test.
My reducer leaks oil — is it just the seal?
Oil leakage is usually seal-related, but a worn bearing or shaft play can also cause it, so we check bearings and shaft along with the seal.
Do you repair planetary reducers attached to servo motors?
Yes. For servo reducers we handle both the mechanical overhaul and the motor/encoder integration.
