PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING CLARIFICATION TEXT

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data belonging to our customers, corporate business partners, and website visitors are processed within the scope explained below.

1. Processed Personal Data

• Identity Data: Name, surname, TR ID number (for individual invoicing), authorized contact person name for corporate factories.
• Contact Data: Phone number, email address, billing address, and location details for on-site technical service dispatch.
• Technical & Machine Data: Machine fault codes, CNC parameters, PLC software backups, and laboratory repair records related to the devices sent to us for repair.
• Financial Data: Invoicing, tax office, tax ID number, payment, and bank account details.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Directing our engineering team to your factory for urgent on-site interventions,
• Executing guaranteed repair, maintenance, and parameter calibration of servo motors, drives, and electronic boards,
• Fulfilling financial and accounting operations (invoicing, payments),
• Securing your factory data and machine parameter backups against future system failures,
• Fulfilling legal obligations required by authorized public institutions.

3. Data Security and Confidentiality

Code Elektronik prioritizes industrial data security. Parameter backups, PLC source codes, and electronic board architectures obtained during the repair processes of your machines are kept strictly confidential in our secure laboratory systems. They are never shared with third-party companies or unauthorized individuals.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your data may be shared with our financial advisors for billing processes, logistics companies for the secure delivery of repaired parts, and legally authorized public institutions within the scope of legal obligations.

5. Method and Legal Reason for Data Collection

Your data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through contact forms on our website, our WhatsApp line, email correspondence, and during on-site technical visits. This process is based on the legal grounds of "establishment and performance of a contract", "fulfillment of a legal obligation", and "legitimate interests of the data controller".

6. Your Rights as the Data Subject

Under the KVKK and GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, and to request the deletion of your data when legal storage periods expire. You can submit your requests in writing to our company via our official contact channels.
